Respect and follow the instructions given to you by lifeguards and gym employees.

Please ensure that your children understand the rules BEFORE entering the facility. The gym facilities are supervised by a team of lifeguards, however, the safety of your children remains your responsibility at all times. Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult (EN 15288-2:2018, 7.2.3.).

Please walk carefully when entering/exiting the pools. Always wear flip-flops and do not run.

Please use life jackets and remain under the supervision of lifeguards or an experienced swimmer.

• Lifeguards can be easily identified by their special uniform.
• Lifeguards have the right to stop anyone who is under the influence of drugs or may be a danger to others or themselves.
• The management has the right to remove anyone who does not comply with the applicable rules of the area and/or the instructions of the lifeguards.

• Using the shower before entering the pools is mandatory.
• Children of diaper age should always wear waterproof diapers. Please check the diaper regularly.
• Please accompany your children to the toilet frequently during your stay at the venue.

• Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided free of charge and on a first-come, first-served basis. It is prohibited to transfer them to other locations without prior consultation with the staff.
• Please be careful with your personal belongings. The gym is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
